even if you got cheapest new rotors its a cheep yet sweet tool .
and lots of guys take a water/gas ball valve handle and weld it to the dump screw on jacks for fast easy use . do this and drill a hole in the end and hook up the lever for it that way .

I actually have everything around here to build that... i'll have to put it at #53 on the priority list...
