Just put it in and got it goin today and I pout it in 4 lo and it works but now it's stuck in 4lo.HELP!!!!!

Also try backing up a bit, then yanking on the lever. May take some effort to get it out of 4L.

Try getting the rear off the ground and unlocking the front hubs or getting the front off the ground.

Have you got the hubs unlocked? Try rolling, then tranny in neutral, and while still rolling yank that puppy out a gear.
I got it out, I just had to back up farther than I did before...Thanks guys...Wooooohoooooo Fumes has 4 wheel drive, and it only took 8 years....

Yep, you gotta be wearing your big boy pants and let that 205 know who is boss...they can be ornery when they want to (mostly when you've got the drivetrain all bound up)

it can be a pain to deal with when you've run the 4wd on pavement or something with more than low traction. gotta try to get the backlash in the gears just right to get it out. some guys have said you can pull it out when you let off the fuel and use the backlash there to release it. never done that myself tho. i've fought the shift rod a few times tho too - it's frustrating.
