Need 4\" lift components

looking for the following to lift a 82 k5 with 1 ton axles:

ORD 4" shackle flip GU38010
ORD HD front Shackles
4" Tough Country EZ Ride front springs
Shocks
extended brake lines
steering arm
Greaseable bolts
Stock K5 Springs rear springs in good shape (not sagging)

used is preferable, entire setup together is also preferable
