No. My 90 k5 bolts in at the front mounts with the latches in the rear. This 90 burn has the in floor latches for front and rear mounts.

It is the same seat as the similar year K5 but with different brackets and no arm rests. I had a Suburban rear seat converted to a K5 seat once in the process of replacing the cover since the K5 seat smelled too much like mouse urine.

So, if you find a K5 seat in the correct color, you would just need a donor suburban seat for the brackets.
