Sorry, I'm having senior moment...

Figure 8 205, what size are the 2 big bolts in the adapter at the crossmember? 1/2" ?

I'm at work and need to order some puck style bushings (and forgot to check at lunch). :doah: :o
 
Been years since I removed one of those bolts,but I think they were either 9/16" or 5/8" coarse thread on the NP-205 I had in a few trucks..they may not all be SAE though,might be metric on later years..
 
According to the 1984 GM parts catalog, they are M10x1.5x27. But 84 is the style where the mount bolts to the adapter with the 10mm bolts and then has studs protruding down through the x-member. If you go back to the 1982 catalog, that's the style that uses the 2 biscuit mounts and those bolts are 1/2x13x3 3/4". Hope this helps.
 
OH,I read your post again,I thought you meant the bolts that go to the frame brace,not the "foot" that goes to the crossmember...sorry!..:doah:
