I was at a junkyard the other day (looking for a D60 spindle) that said they had a pair of 1 ton axles (D60 front, assuming a 14 FF rear) out of a Chevy, they wanted $1200 for the pair. Name of the place was like Seven Sons auto salvage, they are on the W side of hwy 85 just south of Ft. Lupton. Sorry, I don't have a # for them.

Cool. What gears were in them? Good shape? I never saw them, the guy there just mentioned that they had them when I asked about a spindle.

I recently picked up a pair of axels also! From an '84 one ton- no body on the truck- from a yard in Quebec. The 14ff rear has the Wide drums- about 3.5 inches. The D60 front looks Ok- may need a rotor. 4.10 gears and clean oil spilled out! I still can't believe it but I got them for $750 Canadian!! No hassles bringing them back to NY either!
