I need a C6 Auto that will bolt up to a NA 7.3Liter IDI Diesel (1989) for one of my work trucks. It is actually a box van but the pickup had the same trans.
mine will rev a little after put in gear and then jerk hard. then drives normal for a while. some times it will do it while driving (like it pops into Neutral and then into drive again) so i think its on its way out fast.
I just need something old and used but working. the truck only drives a mile or so every day. it is old and beat up so I really can not justify a rebuild. it already has 215000 plus miles and was a rental (uhaul)
