need a Huge help in here !

i have a 84 chevy blazer and i'm planing to rebuild it , but i have couple of issues

1- i'm from KSA and there isn't much workshops in here that deals with 84 K5 (so i have to work on it on my own).
2- most parts are not available even used ones . (thought about buying it from us and ship it here)
3- my mechanical and electrical knowledge is not very strong but i am a damn quick learner .

as for painting and exterior stuff i can take it to a workshop so no problem here .

but as im trying to understand more about this ride it gets really confusing especially when it comes to Axles, "as i have a 10 bolt , with a problem "
the car rear tyre passenger side also is not stable
the car's performance is not as strong as it should be .
fuel gage is not working properly + fuel consumption is really high
it has a 350 engine and TH350 Trans

the car is in the workshop fixing the front axle problem , and planing to start someday this month

i'm not looking for extreme modifications like most cool rides in here
but something that can take me out in the both desert and mountains .

so any help would be really appreciated

as for the axles i think its the BEARING as he told me

if its the bearings they are pretty easy to replace, might be hard to find though
