I recently just bought a 79 k5 blazer and am having some problems with low voltage. When i start it in the drive way the voltage is fine but when i start driving it the voltage drops to 9 or 10.Ive replaced the alternator, cable from my batt. to the starter, cable from batt. to ground, small 2 wire connector on side of alternator, and nothing helped.Granted everything i replaced needed replacing but nothing helped my problem.Could it be a loose connection at my fuse block? I know its not a bad guage because when it drops everthing slows down like blower fan and my cd player just shuts off.Any help with this would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks for the help Jason, you were right.there was supposed to be a ground from my core support to my battery that wasnt there.Put a ground strap on it now it works fine. Thanks again, this has been bugging me for a month.
