I've been working on my parts list for my Burban. I'm having trouble deciding on tires. They have discontinued alot of the tires I used to buy, so I need help with whats on the market now. I am looking for 35x12.50x15s in the 250.00 each dollar range that will work good on my big pig burban. I'm wanting a mild MT, nothing like a Bogger. This truck will be used for mild trail riding, camping and general goofing off. Thanks in advance fir any help.

BFG mud terrains? $230 something on NTW.

Cooper S/T (all terrain) and Cooper STT (mud terrain)

I've used the S/T's and they are great on a DD. They pack up when in mud, but work good in hard, soft, and sandy trails. Great road manners and wear really even.
One of my friends use the STT's. They are better in the mud than the S/T's. Hard and soft dirt are good, but they dig a bit much in the sand. They wear fairly long but you need to rotate them a bit more often.

EDIT...... S/T's were on a f150 step side 33-12.50-15.........STT's were on a 99? Chevy 1500 35-12.5-?

I have a few friends that have them and the all of them really like how they work, two of them had the old style previously and both swear by the new ones.
Not sure on the price, but, the new Hankook dynapro mt's seem to get really good reviews as does the new style Goodyear MTR's.

Four wheel parts has the new Maxxis Bighorns for $264.00 each in that size.
Its what I bought for my K5 and so far they are great. Not noisy and feel stable.

Thanks guys.
I'm not a fan of coopers, never had good luck with them. I like the Hankook Dynapros, but they are wearing pretty fast on my jeep, I bet they will wear super fast on the burban.

I'm not worried about DD use, this is just a play toy.

Thanks again yall.

How any miles do you have on them so far?

About 200 and so far they still have the little "knobbies" on them from when new. People keep asking me about them because they are new in the market.
Here is what they look like.

How are the new KM2 compared to old MTs?

I like my KM2s. Been driving with them almost a year now. DD/trail truck at first and now sometimes driver/trail truck. Fairly quiet for an MT type tire on the street. Maybe 8k miles on them and they still look great.

Well, Plans changed a little bit like they always do. LOL. I ordered my tires just a few ago. I went with the BFG KM2 37x12.50s.

Thanks everyone for the advice and help.
