Need a little help

I am putting an 81 front end on my 73 K10 due to the 73 front end being cracked up and the fact that I got the 81 front end basically free.

I have everything figured out but the damn hinges for the hood. The 73 cab needs to be modified and I need to know where to cut for the hinges. Could someone here please send me a few good pics of the hinges?
