Looking for the Mile Marker 95-92203 NP203 part time kit

I understand you're looking for the shaft:

But why not just get the cheaper kit with the 4 gear pieces?

Just as strong as the one-piece shaft.

There are two shells which the 4 gears go into to change the 203 to part time. If you have the thick one you should be fine with the non shaft part. But the other one (thin shell) will loosen up and self destruct.

I will look around I had a shaft a while back but I am not sure what happened to it I will let you know if I find it

Is it? or it is like the old housewife in your analogy?
You're learning quick grasshopper. :D

I've read about these two differences but never have seen that "thin" one you speak of. I've converted maybe 10 of these in my lifetime and every one of them were BEEF. Never did see or hear of any failures from them either.

The swap is straighforward. Simple tools and a few hours will have it done.

The thick one is beef and will usually last forever but the thin one will blow up. I have seen 3 do it. All of them were thin (77 and later????) problem is they do it usually under a heavy load. Never had one blow up in 2 wd either always on the trail

Ive got a set of the gears that are new in box i would sell for cheap. I can get ya some pics if you want?
