Does anyone have a part number for a np205 transfercase boot from a 91 chevy 1 ton v3500? I do not need NOS or anything just something to replace the torn one in my crewcab. I have searched google to no avail.

Fwiw, the boot in my old V3500 looked the same as any other '81+ truck (w/ 205).

In other words, I don't think anyone makes one.
I looked even in the pickup truck LMC catalog, and they don't list the 1 ton boot. The piece shown is for the chain drive cases.

Another reason to go 241. Kind of sucks to say, your truck is stock with the 205, but I have no idea why they don't remake this piece. IIRC though, the ~'85+ piece would be different from the earlier ones as well, so even less "profit".
Funny thing, I've never seen a 208/241 boot torn that wasn't due to abuse, while the 465/205 boots seem to come apart simply with age and use.

Or do a Google search on "floor shifter boots". You will probably have to adapt something, but it will contain that mud and water geyser that you get when you hit a mudhole at speed..........
