Have you found the 1350 and 1410 yokes for the D60 already? You can usually find Spicer catalogs online and look up the dimensions and such. In some cases, what you want may not be available. A couple of options are to call up somebody like Tom Woods or High Angle Driveline and ask questions or go to a local big rig shop and they can look through their catalogs.
Pysically, the 1410 and 1350 joints use the same cap size, but the cross is wider on the 1410, which is how it handles more angle (and more torque). If you are using a C/V joint at the transfer case, the pinion joint will not see nearly as much angle (at ride height it will be almost zero). This applies to the front and rear driveshafts. With the stock style front C/V shaft you will have the C/V joint hitting the crossmember long before the pinion joint is binding.
The stock front joint was just 1310, even on 1-tons. If all you need is more angle you could also consider the 1330 size joint, which shares cap size with the 1310, but offers more working angle. The 14-bolt should have a 1350 yoke stock. Unless you're having some specific problem with it you might as well leave it alone. Some guys want 1410 all around and can set up for the front and rear shafts to be the same, but this probably means 4 new yokes and 2 new driveshafts, which is pretty expensive. So unless you have really big lift, super long travel or have been breaking joints that probably isn't justified.
