i never buy decent trucks anymore, just ones for parts. need a value on this. i've been trying to sell my older 4wd quad for $1500. everybody will trade anything except cash.

not sure i need another truck, but could fix this one up and sell it later i guess. i haven't seen it. new fender on drivers side. i'd have to drive about 2 hours to get it.

anyways. 1978 350/350/203 (my fav, haha) . he thinks the engine is rebuilt , headers, holley carb, ? miles, 4" lift street 33" tires, need drivers side floor patched/replaced, frame is good. not inspected.

Since your in the rust belt and its fairly clean I'd say 2500

Ill put more pics on tomorrow. He says the rust that you see in the pics is just surface rust, no holes. May need a passenger rocker too.

I'd be giving him my mower for the ATV too, been trying to sell it for $400.
.

If it runs and drives decent then its probally a fair trade,

I had a truck that looked that good upon first glance, but was complete rust box.

I would definitly look at it in person though.

Around here, if it run's and it's four wheel drive, and you can drive it down the road it's worth $1500, no matter how much rust is in the thing. I'd do it !!

I am so sick of this thread's title. No mater how many times I skim through new post list, I always read "need a valve on this truck". I have no idea why :doah:

Is it 2 hours total or just one way?

I'd ask for a couple hundred to go with the trade to help offset your time. The worst he could say is no:dunno:
