need adapter off of s-10 case, 207 or 231

it's the 4 bolt (tranny side) to 5 bolt(t case side) adaptor off the front of one.
also if you have the shifter bracket i'd be needing that too.

For a 5 spd or auto? I have an extra T5, adapter, and NP207 combo and should still have the shifter as well.

i'd have to see a pic. the website says if you have a t5 you need this peice as well. so I'm guessing the fronts are different.
