I wrecked my blazer. Hit a telephone pole on the passenger side and did some damage. My tire on the driver side stick out about an inch and a half or two inches and my passenger tire is almost flush with the fender. Two body shops have looked at my frame and they both said its fine and they think my axle assembly is bent. all of the U-bolts look fine. What would be the reason that everything is moved over? The steering wheel also has to be almost upside for the wheels to be straight. Thanks for reading, please help...

Might have bent the rear shackles on the front leaf springs, shifting everything over. Or you may have shifted the entire core support over rather than the axle.

Either way, a new 10 bolt isn't very expensive, neither is a new front clip. Best to replace the whole deal to make it like new

it did bend the rear shackles but i have straightened them out, it is still shifted over. what is the core support?

The core support is what the radiator and fenders bolt to. You could have broken the bolts that hold it to the frame mounts or even bent them badly.

if that was the case would the fenders still bolt on, i put a new fender on and it ligned up easy

That's anyones guess. Take a good look at the front U-bolts for the axle and make sure it doesn't look like they are pushed one way or the other. You may have broke a spring center pin on the driver side and the axle got "pushed" towards the driver side and the U-bolts might be crooked which would mean the springs would be crooked as well. Take some pics and post them here for us to see. A bunch of pics from underneath around the springs/axle area would be great.

EDIT: Looks like you'll have to make another 10 post before you can post a pic on here (takes a post count of 15 before you can do that).

thank you, ill check it out. Once i get those posts ill post some pics.
