Need alot of help here guyz

Hey second time posting but it's dealin w/ the same subject so heres the deal if you dont recall having some probs with wiring just dont know what goes where I have the schematics and everything but they are useless to me cuz my truck is DEFF not stock and I have wires everywhere so if there is anyway I could get some pictures or anything of where wires go or anything cuz I really wanna get this thing on the road and the only thing is stopping me is I want turn signals, brake lights, and guages. Now how this is wired is if the battery is hooked up everything is on. lights, heater everything cept for the motor I can turn that on and off on command but everything else is still on. I did have turn signals at one time untill i took some bulbs out now the turn signal indicators are both lit up and I have no blinkers. So any help here would be Most appreciated thanks alot
P.S. this truck is a 78 short bed silverado 1/2ton converted to a 3/4ton 4x4 with I belive a 79 monte carlo 350 in it if that helps

Try to find a donor truck and start changing everything over??
Electrical can be a real nightmare if things are really F@@KED UP
Sometimes the hard way is the best way

What ever you do don't go with the painless wiring kit, I went through hell with that and ended up scraping it. Find a parts truck and tear it down for the wiring, Thats what I did and it works great and I have alot of extra parts.

Okay this is what I need it may be askin alot but hey worth a try
1.Some pictures of a 78 engine compartment
2.areas such as front bezels,intake mani,alternator,main wiring harness block,just little places like that.

Sorry for the trouble before.I do not really wanna find a donor tuck because everything is intact just need to know where it goes. any other help would be greatly appreciated.
