my local parts stores stock the replacement lines with the 1 end flaired to the oring style you need. under 10 bucks. i find mine at napa. thay come in about a 18" long yellow package. same flair as the tbi fuel oring flair for the tbi motors.

ok ill have to check them out. the online catalog at autozone and advance auto does not have the return line, just the pressure line.

ya those steel replacement ends thay offer will work for p/s return also. just need to bend it your self.

I just get a 12" piece of steel brake line with the right size fitting and bend it myself. I think it was a 3/8" line.

wont work for him . he has the newer style with the oring flair on the end. your trick would work if it was 73-80 style box.

the local napa or the carquest didn't have anything for a replacement line. the carquest did have a fitting for the oring to a 6AN fitting. then i they had a hydraulic line elbow that i have to cut the crimping peice off and can run a 3/8" powersteering hose on.
cost me about $35 for all that. but its way better than the factory stuff.
