Need Bumper Width on First Gen

can someone get me the width on the first gen bumper, I'm cutting the main part and need to know how wide it is....Ithink its about 77-1/2" wide

front winch bumper is 78" sticks about 1/8 or 3/16 past the flare part of the fender. rear is original stock and is 76 3/4 at the widest part. tha flare is just that hump on the well part. nothing thats been added
