Need D60 parts

I have broken the D44 again, and have an old dually D60 front axle sitting out back in the shed. Can someone tell me what has to be changed so it will fit under a 79' K5??? Are the axle perches and width the same and just need to find hubs and spindles?

It's a direct bolt in. Done it numerous times.

Just run some hummer rims in the front and some hummer rims in the rear with a spacer...

Or convert it to SRW for about 400 bucks...
