Need dealership part number

Ordered a pinion nut for a 85 Dana 60. Got a nut that looks like it should use a cotter pin, part #9428601. The old one I have is a staked nut, I think. I'm looking for the correct part number so when I return this one I can get the correct one. Parts person can't find it on the computer. Thanks for any help.

Will a rear Dana 60 pinion nut be the same as a front?

Thanks I'm gonna save that part number for future reference. I just ordered two nuts from markwilliams.com. They are for a rear 60 but I hope they work.

What you will get from MW should work just fine . The pinion threads don't know if they are in a front axle housing or rear .
