Right now I'm sitting on 8" springs all the way around and was running bald 36's but I did 1 ton axles and bout to put on 37" bfg baja's on recenterd h1's but I've already rolled my blazer once don't really wanna do it again and its my dd so I really want to lower it as much as I can but dont want to trim a lot due to my all new front sheetmetal I'm thinkin to do 4" front springs and longer shackles and shackle flip in the rear with longer shackle. Or should I do 2.5" springs 2.5" shackle flip longer shackles front and rear and zero rates front and back move front foward and rear backwards?

Not sure what your problem is that you are trying to fix. Is it that the vehicle is prone to rollovers due to body sway or sloppy road manners? I have 6 inch springs all the way around with 36s and have no problems. I want to go to 8 inch in the front and a shackle flip in the rear. I have never had any problems so far with poor road maneuvers. But I run a heavy front sway bar for pavement driving and have home made quick disconnects so I can disconnect the front sway bar for off road articulation. When you start messing too much with the steering geometry, you have to be careful how you do it.

If you lower it you will have to trim. My 37's on a stiff 6" rubbed driving on the street. Even at 8" if you can get the springs to compress the tires will rub.

These fenders just arent big enough in the front to prevent it with out huge lifts.

Look around on here some, there are some pretty aggressive trim jobs that look good. Or you can drop the cash to have a body shop cut and section your fenders to maintain the factory look, but be larger. In my opinion if you are running 1 tons and double beadlocks the body is prolly gonna get dinged here and there anyway if you are at that level of wheeling and trimming some sheetmetal to prevent cutting up a 300 dollar tire is well worth it.

These are 40's with about 5" of lift which is what you will end up with if you do 4" springs and 2" longer shackles or say 6" if you add a zero-rate because that will help moving your axle forward.

Mine is also moved forward ~2" and as you can see I had to cut a fair amount. I still rub under the core support and I am bumpstopped to about 3" of uptravel.
