Here is my master cylinder and prop valve.

The brake lines need to enter the rear of the prop valve and up into the bottom of it. I contacted InLine Tube and they told me they only sell factory fitting stuff. My '68 came with drum/drum and manual master. I don't know what the disc/drum vacuum booster setups look like. Maybe I can order a front kit for a '72 :dunno:

Basically I'm hung up on finishing the front brakes, along with the leader that goes out to the rear brake line. LMC has a picture of their brake line kit that looks perfect, but I'm leery of LMC's brake lines. Here's the pic.

I cant say if the '72 lines would fit and work, since they were designed for the factory setup, they might though,if they use the same flare nut sizes...you evidently dont have the tool or skills to flare your own lines?...
I make my own from bulk rolls of tubing if possible, rather than buy the ready made ones...unless I just want a quickie fix to get it rolling ASAP again..

Never bent or flared lines before. Figured the price is decent and if it fit nice, I'll pay.

I'll be going to my local auto swap meet Sunday to bitch at CPP for their crappy lines. I want a damn refund because they are so AWFULLY bent, it's a joke, like they are laughing at their customers. And I like how they will powdercoat everything they sell except the master cylinder, which is easily seen when someone looks under the hood. Thanks CPP, dumbasses

hard to powder coat a item with tempature sensitive items inside . stick it in a oven to around 450* to cure the powder coat and its junk on the inside .

I know they could take it all apart and then reassemble it and bam you just paid 3x as much for the extra labor .

even the factory don't paint them .

but good luck on the line problems .

That prop valve looks the same as stock, I bought lines from inline tube and they fit fine.

Could I get a picture if you still have the set up? Pretty pretty super mega please :thumb: And if you have the part number you ordered. I'm so worried abut getting the wrong stuff, returning things suck and I'm terrible at handling the task :doah:I already want to punch CPP in the face for all the BS

What is this on? A 71 blazer?
Anyone happen to know if the hardlines end in the same spots on a 2wd as they do on a 4wd? Hmmmm I'm guessing not now, since mine connect to the crossmember and a 4wd doesn't have the same crossmember.

This is for a disc/drum truck? Did those start in 71-72?
