anyone know of source. Took heater blower apart to clean and grease and broke the brush that contacts the actuator.

I do not recall ever seeing a listing for aftermarket heater motor brushes, maybe an electric motor shop can help--or get a salvage yard motor to dissect for parts..(or just install & use !)..

Buy a hf angle grinder they come with second set of brushes.
I don't think I have ever seen a gm blower motor taken a part for service.
A hole drilled to lube sealed rear bushing, yes

I've taken a few old GM blower motors apart and they had permanent magnets,no brushes..:dunno:
I suppose some did have brushes, maybe the ones for A/C had the magnets instead ?..

Take the brushes out and measure them and also post a pic. You can buy them individually online since whoever made the motor more than likely used commonly available parts. It’s not like they made brushes specifically for that motor - that’d be cost prohibitive.
