Looks like my gas furnace took a dump. Appears that the water jacket/exchanger has met its match, and finally blew its load.
I know most of you arent local to NYC, but if any of you are, I sure would like to hear a price from you.
For anyone else who knows anything... is there a particular brand/model that they recommend? This is for a 2 family house, so if at all possible, I would like to seperate the two apart, so that there are two furnaces.
