hey guys ive run into a snag, just installed my new RPM Air Gap Intake on my blazer on propane now unfortunatly my throttle body is not a square bore  so it doesnt work doesnt anybody know if i can take an old carter or holley base plate and bolt it up in place of my old throttle body????

They make an adapter to go from spreadbore to square bore. It is probably your best bet to do the swap right.

i have that adapter plate but the issue is that studs that u install the into the manifold in order to hold the baseplate down dont go through my throttle body since its a spreadbore throttle body....

does your adapter have the dual bolt patterns? mine has a small pattern for squarebores and a wider pattern for spreadbores. it uses allen screws on the inside to bolt to the manifold and then standard bolts turned upside down that act as studs. the bottom side of the adapter has hex shaped holes to hold the bolts in place.

Back in the 80's Mr. Gasket used to make a plate for that.
