Apparently you don't need help blowing a fuse (it's already doing that). :haha:

Seriously though, you have a dead short somewhere, time to start chasing wires.

Sounds to me like a short some where, electric fuel pump, what brand, did you put the fuse holder, make sure both wires (+ and -) of the pump are connected correctly if so track the + wire to see were its taking its power from and id say look for voltage spikes

Here's the deal
go pull the fuel pump relay out on the firewall just inboard of the AC box mounted on the right side of the firewall under the hood.
Disconnect the fuel pump wiring from the fuel pump. This will isolate the wiring all the way back to the plug for the fuel pump.
Get a DVOM (Digital, Volt, Ohm, Meter) connect the black lead to a good known ground preferable the battery ground. You'll need a wiring diagram of that system (fuel system) check and make sure the hot lead that go back to fuel pump is not grounded, with the Ohm meter function.
With the pump unplugged and the relay unplugged the wiring should read out of limits (no connection) which means it's good.
If that checks out, check the relay, is it melted, or damaged in any way? if you study the diagram you can see how the relay works power it up with a spare piece of wire see if it is working as advertised. Do all this and check back...
