need help choosing

i own an 84 k5 with 305/4spd great mechaniclly, not so great visually rust in usual places of which some i repaired. have opportunity to purchase 73 sierra 350/ 4spd. lots of new parts about where my 84 was before i repaired body. 73 has what i consider a bad interior the 84 has a mint interior. i will use either truck everyday to transport to work and kids games. like the 73 full convert option. which should i go with. will get the 73 for $500 when i sell my truck.

Check your local smog laws, that 73 might be worth much more.

yeah nys 73and under only saftey inspection. and the truck i believe is worth more than the 84

That 73 truck has poped up on this web site several times. Last time I heard the guy was wanting $1300. If it's is not a rust bucket I would dive on it. The rest can be changed easy.
