Need help finding a brake fitting

Need a couple of these to finish up my rear brakes. Trying to make what I have no work with the fewest adapters possible.

3/16" Inverted flare male - to - 1/4" inverted flare male

I can find adapters to do all sorts of things, but not this one specifically. I'm trying to avoid making a 2" long hardline with the appropriate ends, that is just tacky.

i think tacky is just good in this case...haha
