Need help finding Ford info site

Hey guys I need some help finding a site that will list specifications for the 89-90 F150 similar to what the specs page here is. I am getting one in trade for some work I am doing and trying to find some info on it. All I know so far is it has the 5.0FI engine and 5 speed overdrive. Just trying to find some info the truck hp/tq, what 5spd it is etc.
