need help gas tank send unit

ok so i was droping the tank and i forgot about the wires. they all pulled out of the plastic part on the sending unit. so no wire is sticking out they just pulled out. is thery any way to fix it or am i screwed and need new ones. thanx jeff

I did the same thing. I tried to drill out next to the wires in hope of being able to solder a fix. I got some other material out. I suspect there might be a resistor or whatever embedded in the plastic block. Finaly I just bought a new one.
