Need Help Identify D44 Gear Size

I have a front 8 lug Dana 44 and would like to make sure it has 4.11 gears. I have the Numbers off the gear. Please help me identify these gears.

The key is the 45-11. 45/11=4.09 That's as close as Dana got to 4.11's in a GM truck.
