You should set the pinion angle with everything the way it will be when going down the road. I take it you moved spring perches and are putting on new ones?

Re: need help quickley

yes anny tricks to do it with out the angle finder?
i couldent find a good one

Re: need help quickley

I just did the same thing. I sat everything in place, with the weight of the K5 on it, and used a straight edge to line up the angle by eye. I set it up for a CV shaft though, so it wasn't too hard.

ya my truck has a cv shaft on the back of the tail shaft to so that means it isent as critical?
