need help removing fuse box

Not sure if this is a skock wiring but the radio no longer works sence i pulled out the parking break pedal. the wire for teh radio i bet got pulled but it for some reason located behind the fusebox. i've searched and looked through all my books and cannot see how it is connected in there..

to remove the fuse block there is a screw in the middle of it, unscrew it and the box will come off in side the cab, the other side is held on by 4 bolts
