need help to identify problem

That is some seriously noisy valve train to start off with. I also hear what appears to be a broken flexplate (assuming it is an auto trans).

yes it is auto, and i have been having tons of problems lately with the flexplate and the starter... but its working fine now.... seems that is the problem....
 
looks like the rockers are way loose on a couple of them.the valves arent barely opening.unless there is a more internal problem also.flat cam or bad lifter.
 
from what i can see the rockers on the right side of engine are not tight enough.you can see the lifter moving but the rocker is barely being touched.id try adjusting the rockers on both sides and see if that helps.
