Need Help with AC Delco Part Number

Hi,
I have follwing (discontinued) GM/ AC Delco Part Number 12176188. It's supposed to be a wiring harness for a GM Diesel truck, but I could not find about what year and what truck it is for. I also tried GMpartscheap.com and searched their store but didn't find anything.
It would be great if anyone of you guys could find out something about that part!

That part # is changing up to 15302125 in my cataloges
aand it is showing available at some of the warehouses still
showing under the new number as fitting 92 to 02 O2 harness for
a 7.4
Searched the older cataloges but couldnt find that part # of yours showing in any of them
