can somebody school me on how to chose the correct springs for coilover shocks ive done a search just aint turned up the answers i need thanks in advance for the help

The best thing to do is get an accurate front/rear/complete weights and call Polyperformance with those and whatever shock you are running and they can set you up with a really good median spring. They have always answerd my ?'s no matter how rediculious.
