Ok so I got tired of freezing on the way to work in my 74 K5 so I replaced my heater blower motor. It did not fix the problem. The heater gets hot, but the blower motor just does not work. What else could cause this? I have voltage at the power wire that connects to the blower motor when I turn on the heater from the cab, but the motor does not spin. Please help.

Ground is constant and voltage is reduced for different speeds. If you have power on at the blower motor then it is a ground problem.

And of course check and recheck all your connections... Not quite sure how those go in, but if butt splices are involved, and you don't crimp it right, wires can pull out and you not know it...

I second the ground problem too... Make sure its all CLEAN, even if hooked up correctly. Wire brushes are your friend when it comes to ground connections.
