Need help with wiper arm.... badly!

My passenger wiper arm came off and the part that holds it is completely stripped. The part I am talking about is the circular metal part right below the windshild between the windshild and the hood that is connected to the bottom of the wiper arm. I need to know how take that part out and if I really need to buy new or if I can go to a junkyard for this piece. Thank you very much.

it's gonna be a boneyad item, don't think lmc sells them...

arm attaches to the bottom of it via a clip, and 3 7/16's bolts hold the piece in place to the cowl...
