need a good link for a wiring diagram for the gauge cluster on my 83 jimmy, I need to know what wire provides power to the main plug for the gauge cluster, also my dome lights don't work and neither does my horn, all my fuses are good, the previous po really hacked up the stock wiring and it's been a real pain trying to get it back to stock, I removed the cluster and polished the contacts on the main plug and the illumination bulbs, currently all the lights work but the gauges are dead

Not sure this will help, but I created my own diagram for my cluster. It's a early 80's C65 cluster I used, slightly different than yours for sure as the C65 has a tach-fuel combo and an air gauge. The colors are NOT oem, these are the colors I used as I wired my rig from scratch.
The good news is, just follow the traces on the printed circuit thing. They are fairly easy to figure out where they run, it can be a little like the ball under one of three bowls, watch the bowl as your eyes are wandering around the traces, but just follow closly and you can figure out which ones go where. There were many iterations (gauges, no gauges, 73-75, 76-80,81.87,88-91), so there is no one answer to your question, IIRC LMC sells about 8 of the printed circuit things to cover all the popular iterations, so there's lots of different setups from the OEM.
Follow the traces. If your gauges aren't working, that pin should have switch power to it (power all the time while key on), or the ground pin is not there. There's 3 different ground pins on mine that ground various things.

I've noticed a couple differences on the circuit, so as mentioned, trace them out. You can use a Sharpie on the traces if you want, I did that to make sure I didn't confuse them where they all get narrow and come together.

I always recommend using a voltmeter to verify whatever wiring diagram you are dealing with. Hacked wiring, multiple variations throughout the years, assuming X wire on Y connector pin is what you think it is can cause issues.

Link in my sig will take you to the wiring diagrams for your year.

I don't see the link in your sig?
