Current list of audio components:

dual headunit with 2 volt line output, 2 preamp outputs (f/r), and 200 watt amp built-in

3.5 and 10x4 kickers that are going to be powered by the stock headunit

a 4-channel sony amp (rms:55x4w) to power 6.5's and 6x9's that i want to put in

a bridged kicker kx200.2 amp to power my sub or subs (rms:1x200)

my question is, how do i hook it all up and which are the best amplifier hook up kits to use for this setup????

is it as easy as hooking up the 4-channel amp to the front preamp output and the kicker amp to the rear output to power my subs, then hook the speakers up from there or is there more??? (besides ground wires and such)

Personally, I would eliminate the 3.5's and the 4x10's. I would shut off the internal amp in the deck and run your 6.5's off the front rca output and the 6x9 to the rear rca output. If your amp has the capabilities, run the rca's accordingly.

*edit* Ohhh, I just read back through. Your deck isn't set up like I thought it was. You are going to have to run the front rca lead to the 4 channel amp, hook up the speakers from there (6.5's and 6x9's) and use the rear rca lead to run the subs. I would still eliminate your stocks though. It is over kill. More speakers don't always make it "better". I used to have the stock 3.5's and 4x10's, along with 2 6.5's and 2 6x9's. I was also running 2 JL 12's and the 2 Punch 10's. I am much happier now that I cut out all of the excess. The stocks went into a cabinet in the garage and the JL's went into the Bug.

In mine I have the front rca lead going to a front lead in a 4 channel amp, the rear rca lead going to the rear lead in the same 4 channel amp, and my sub rca lead going to an amp. The internal amp in the deck is shut off. I am running 2 6x9's, 2 3.5's (for the moment....waiting on kickpods to run some 6.5's), and 2 10" Punch's.
