Need Help!!

I just put a new body on my truck it is off of a 1986 CHevy Silverado and put it on my 1981 chassis. But thats not the problem the cab was a automatic and my chassis is manual. I need to know how to put a clutch pedal in the cab. I have my old cab with the stock clutch parts but i cant seem to get the brackets out. So any advice would help.
