1st I've been working on this for 3 months in my spare time and now I can't remember. My steering stabilizer, its attached to the steering part but where does it attach to axle. A pic would be nice.

2nd 14bolt disc brake swap. So I pulled my drum off, punched the lugs out, disconnected drum, replaced lugs and mounted it back on spindle but the rotor will not fit around to push it up on the lugs. Am I just ignorant and did something wrong or do I have the wrong rotors?

3rd I bought the procomp 9000 shocks one set is item number ??250 the other is ??190 or ??195. Does it matter which one is front and which one is back. If noone knows, can someone go check on the 4wheelparts website and see if you can figure it out. I tried for 10 minutes but Im on dial up and it will not down load.

Any help would be great. Im heading back over after church tommorow and see if I can't get it knocked out.

the rotors need to be put back in the same place you took the drums out of, behind the hub with the studs holding them in

#1...the stabilizer bolts to the axle on a bracket

#2..the rotor goes behind the hub and studs go thru the rotor then the hub, then back on axle

#3...need more info...yr model, k5/10/20/30, how much lift, what motor?

excellent. #1 and #2 I understand now. I never thought about the lugs going through the rotor first. Can anyone confirm one more thing on this. The new calipers go on top and toward the rear correct?

The shocks are supposed to fit 76 suburban K20 with a 400 sb and 6" lift

I would have ended up mounting the stabilizer on the wrong side of the axle bracket, good thing I asked.

Should go pretty smooth now. Now I just have to rerun some brake lines for the disc swap, change the brake lines in the front with some longer ones, get the gas tank back into place, and a few other odds and ends. Ill post up some picks later this week if everything goes to plan.

Thanks

not sure what part number on the shocks, but the longer ones will be in the rear.
