I am starting to plan my 90 burb Motor swap. i would like to swap out the 350 and put in a 454. I know I will need to do the tranny being i only have a 700r4. I am running 4:56 gears. What are your opinions.

TH400 w/ a shift kit, a converter around 1200 stall, and a big ole trans cooler
Ask around your area and find out who is really good at 700s, then be prepared to pay for it.
