Rapid City or Spearfish is your best bet since they are the bigger towns in that area.

Thats what i was figureing on..was just hoping there was a local member to help me find a place to make the purchase at. Have to go look at a chalet of all things on the way somewhere in rapid cityish anyways.

Not sure what brand you're looking for, AFE appears to make some of the best, if you're willing to spend that much. Are you wanting to have it installed? If not, I'd just mail order it. When I purchased my '07, the dealer was willing to do just about anything I wanted as far as parts/ accessories go, their parts prices were a bit higher but the labor wasn't that bad. There's got to be a truck access. store out there somewhere.
