I'm in a conundrum lol. I need to go get soft line to move my fuel pump back to my blazer tank but I cant remove the soft lines from my pump to size it up cause I need to drive there and get it first :doah:

It would be a huge help if someone could fill my in on what size the soft lines coming off the fuel pumps are in a TBI truck...

I know the feed is larger than the return and vent. I'm thinking the feed is 3/8's and the vent and return are 5/16ths?

You are talking about the short piece that's inside the tank are you? If so that MUST be submersible fuel line and it is sold by the foot and it's something like $22.00 a foot. If you're just talking about the lines external of the tank then yes 3/8" feed and 5/16" return.

Yep hehe my dad came home so i dropped the tank, stole his car and brought the lines with me. The EVAP line is actually smaller than 5/16ths but I just clamped it on the, eh.

I started filling the blazer tank with gas and got, drip, drip, drip. I was pissed. Aparently the guy that sold it to me forgot to tell me the truck it was pulled from was slated for scrap and it had a VERY small hole drilled in it... So I slapped a self tapper into the whole with some gas tank patch on it and plastered over it with the stuff. Lemme tell you those repair kits seem like crap at first but then the reaction hits and they get hot, stick and harden like crazy!
