I've made sure all the seals are tight in the duct work... but still you don't get a real good breeze from all the vents. I even used duct tape for ducts believe it or not to try and get an extra good seal.

There isn't an issue with the flapper to isolate the A/C or Heater core. I'm just wondering if I could buy an upgraded fan motor with some more HP?

noticed mine is plenty cold as well, but doesnt seem to blow. Mines an 83. Vent temps are cold since i had the r134a done (new drier/accum. variable orifice tube and ester oil, and new seals). Not as cold as some of my buddies newer vehicles, but shes still cold. Wonder if a new motor might help? 0r maybe the subs with rear air had heavy duty fans? i knew they had heavier duty comrpessors.

I had air flow problems, it turned out to be the remnance of an old mouse nest restricting the ducts. I only found it because my heater core blew out and I had to replace it.

dont recall were but there is a upgrade blower motor for our trucks from a diffrent vehicle.

read it someplace not sure but might of been here. try searching a bit. i know thay said it moves a lot more air.

it was on this forum and was for like a 1992 truck. I had it listed in a file on "old' hard drive.

Yep, it was several years ago. Somebody posted that the blower from a '92 extended cab was a direct bolt in and would move more air.
