I need new springs for my Blazer, but it isn't lifted and I'm not lifting it. I haven't been able to find any of the common lift brands selling stock height springs, and the closest spring shop to me is 3 hours away. So I'm trying to figure out who it would be best to get my springs from. Anyone used JC Whitney, LMC, or any other stock height spring? Any recommendations? I do wheel the truck on occasion, and would like as much capability as I can get with an unlifted truck.

thay do 3-4-5 leaf rear springs in the 52" length. if you want less sag and weight go for the 4 or 5 leaf ones. i ran 5 leaf on my old truck. long bed no problems.

i would get new ubolts and spring eye bolts also no sence in playing with old and not haveing them if you do wind up needing them you got them. and ubolts are not to be reused.

and i know you said no lift but a 2" will be super min and hardly tell . if you do check this try tuff country. front ez-ride 18270 rear ez ride 19270 . no steering mods needed or drive line mods . most you will need is new shocks. but prob time for that now anyways. and get some new shackle hanger bushings for the front springs . thay go bad a lot.

Subscribed as my rears are definitely tired at almost 200k and one sits a good inch lower than the other.

http://www.eatonsprings.com/ is well known for their OEM replacement leaf springs. They also do custom stuff. They list a part no for our trucks so it's nothing they haven't done before.

The only problem I have with a lift is that I just bought new 31" tires. I think they're a little small with stock height, but 33's will rub from what I've heard. I think with any lift they'd look way too small. Maybe I should go look for some pics.

And thanks for the info on Eaton, I'll go check them out.

One thing - Eaton makes quality stuff...won't be cheap.

Quality is good- I don't like buying junk. I always figured it was worth the money to spend a little more and get a better product than throw away my money on crap.

Of course, there is a limit to how much I'll spend... based on how much is in the bank...
