need oil cooling line ends

I am looking for the ends of the flexible oil cooling line. Need the end where it goes into the block and the end where it connects to the hard lines at the radiator.

The flexible hose can be chopped off, just need the ends. Need them to show the hydro hose guy what I need made. Looking for cheap or free. Should be able to be throw into a $5 fixed rate box for shipping
